Embarking on her health journey during college, Hayley delved into the intricate realms of nutrition and fitness, a path shaped by personal challenges. The pivotal decision to hire a coach transformed her perspective, fostering a nurturing rather than punitive approach to health and wellness. With a solid foundation in exercise science, bolstered by her experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Hayley presents a comprehensive approach to coaching. Her expertise is further enriched by a certification in Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Science, allowing her to offer tailored nutritional guidance integral to overall health. Recognizing the unique nature of each individual’s health journey, Hayley is dedicated to providing personalized support, ensuring her clients' goals are met with understanding and expertise.

ASSISTANT COACH
Embarking on her personal journey amid struggles with food and exercise, Lydia discovered the pivotal role of balance in health and fitness. Her transformative path began with macro tracking and flourished under the mentorship of an online coach, reshaping her perspective on diet and exercise. This journey, intertwined with her enthusiasm for bodybuilding, ignited Lydia's passion to guide others towards a harmonious relationship with food and fitness.
As a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and DLD-OFNC certified, Lydia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her coaching. She is also actively expanding her skill set, currently working towards her Pre-Postnatal Certification, to further support clients in various stages of their wellness journey. Lydia's comprehensive approach, fueled by personal experience and professional certification, positions her as a well-rounded coach committed to empowering clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
MEET COACH ALLI
ASSISTANT COACH
Born into a family passionate about sports, Alli's athletic ambitions were unfortunately halted by concussions. This challenge redirected her focus from competitive sports to personal fitness, leading to a newfound passion in resistance training. Alli's journey towards finding the ideal fitness regimen inspired her to become a personal trainer.
Alli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology, complementing her deep understanding of the mental aspects of fitness and wellness. She is a certified personal trainer (ISSA CPT), nutritionist, and transformation specialist, with Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. Additionally, Alli is a certified Health and Wellness Coach (HMCC) and an Online Fitness and Nutrition Coach (OFNC), bringing a well-rounded and holistic approach to her coaching.
Today, Alli dedicates her time to guiding others in achieving their fitness aspirations, advocating for a positive and unrestricted approach to both nutrition and exercise. Her unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise empowers her clients to transform their lives, both physically and mentally.
